Unfortunately, we do not offer a specific day delivery option. We do however provide complimentary ‘Do Not Open Until _____’ stickers that can be added to your gift box, so that if your gift box arrives early, they will know when to open it. If you require your gift box to be delivered by a specific date, we encourage you to order early.
Yes absolutely! We offer a collection service, year round during our business hours 9am-5pm at Gourmet Gifts HQ in Santry Business Park, Dublin 9. Collection point is Gourmet Gifts, Unit D7, Block D, Santry Business Park, Dublin 9, D09 A2Y7.
Collections from Gourmet Gifts HQ at Santry Business Park will be ready 48 hours after your order has been received. If your order is urgent, please call us on 0860839688 or email [email protected] and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Our standard shipping takes 2-3 business days anywhere in Ireland. For international delivery it will be longer and vary depending on the country.
Once your order is out for delivery you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can stalk that gift box all the way to the front door! You will also receive an email notification when the gift box has been successfully delivered.
We have a flat rate of €10 per box for shipping anywhere in Ireland. For international shipping, please email [email protected] for more information.
Returns & Damages
All sales are final and non-refundable.
We are terribly sorry to hear this! Although it rarely happens, if you do not receive your Gift Box/Set in perfect condition please email us within 24 Hours if within Ireland or 72 hours if an International delivery address.Please email us regarding damages to [email protected] with full details, images and description of the damage.
Individual damaged items will be replaced on a one for one basis.A Gift Box/Set, gift or homewares item damaged in delivery to the point of being unfit for purpose must NOT be signed for, by the recipient. This will readily confirm damage in transit. Such an item will be replaced including all related delivery charges. We will require the original damaged item be returned as a part of this process.
Each white Gourmet GIfts branded cardboard gift box is made form 100% recyclable materials. Within the gift box, all products are placed on top of biodegrable sizzle. All glass or fragile products are securely wrapped in geami wrappak. This gift box is then put into a brown, recyclable, Gourmet Gifts branded, outer shipper box. Any space between the gift box and the outer shipper box is then filled with biodegrable wrappak, to ensure maximum safety of the gift box contents.
Build Your Own
No there is not. You are free to shop to your hearts content! If all of the items you select don’t fit into our large box, we will just pop them into another box and we will let you know to expect not one but two gift boxes!
Yes we have a delicious selection of Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options. If the recipient has any alleriges you would like us to cater to, feel free to drop us an email at [email protected] and our gifting gurus will create bespoke options tailored to the recipients requirements.
Ready Made Gifts
Yes you can swap out a product in a ready made gift box for another product at either the same price or a lower price point. Make sure to pop this request into the ‘notes’ section at the checkout or email [email protected]
Absolutely! We can ship to one location or muiltiple addresses. For multiple addresses, we recommend using our Corporate Portal which allows you to upload multiple addresses in one location, as well as accessing other great features!
Yes we can include branded items at no additional cost. Ship your branded items to our Headquarters and our team will pop them into each gift box.
The production stage usually takes about 1-2 weeks, but for customised products and packaging it can take as long as 4 weeks depending on the size of your order and our supply chain. Get in touch to find out about our rush capabilities and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Yes we offered personalised sleeves with company logos for corporate gifting only. Minimum order requirement of 50 units for the sleeves and at least 2 weeks notice.
